All School Picnic/Last Day of School
May 24th was the Last Day of School and the All School Picnic. I t was also Kellie's Preschool Program. We had fun watching a slideshow of the Preschool kids and then listening to them perform a few songs for us. They then gave out the PRESCHOOL AWARDS. Kellie got the "best Puzzler" award because she could do any jigsaw puzzle they threw at her, even ones over 100 pieces!

Concrete...
Last week Matt was able to pour the concrete piers for our new deck. It took 33 bags of concrete. Several hours later Matthew was very tired and very sore, but at least we're ready to start framing! Levi was in little boy heaven as he watched from the window all day. he was completely fascinated with the concrete mixer.

And so it begins...
Matt and my dad started work on our deck yesterday. They got the holes dug for the caissons yesterday. Each hole had to be 3 feet deep and 1 foot across. We passed inspection so now we get to move on to concrete and framing!
