I knew all that wishful thinking about the holidays would pay off. This morning we woke up to snow! It was only about an inch or so, but I'll take it!
It is Sally's (our dog) first experience with snow. When I let her out this morning, she ran out into the yard, quickly turned around when she realized something was different, and glared at me through the door. (Yes, she really glared. Kind of a how dare you kind of look) She then parked herself on the concrete step outside our door until I let her back in. Her whine was enough to tell me that she was not all that happy to be out in the cold.
I, on the other hand, was glad to see the snow, even if it will be gone by tonight. Makes me want to go make hot chocolate. :)

man, i want some snow. We had a bit a few weeks back, but same thing, it melted. hey, i did a tag on my blog and i'd love to hear what yours would be. I seem to remember some decent candidates.... tent ventilation and such lol
