We have always wanted to have a garden, but we either lived in an apartment and didn't have anywhere to grow it- or we didn't have time to plant it- or I was too pregnant during the summer to care. Anyway-We finally started a garden. Matt built the boxes and the kids helped me to plant it. They have loved watching it get bigger all summer. Note to self: (AS you can see) there is no need to plant 6 pumpkin plants in such a small space. They WILL take over.

I'm so jealous. I tried a garden a few times. Giving plants to me is singing their death warrant. no green thumb here. more of a sickly brownish wilted thing.
Congratulations--that is quite impressive! It looks great--the kids will LOVE picking those pumpkins this fall for Halloween. What fun!
looks great. i love my garden and the bioys get a kick out of watching it grow also. Plus its nice to do what the prophet says!
