Levi's Birdfeeder

Levi LOVES birds. He has been so excited since we moved here, because there is such a large variety of birds in our own backyard to watch. He gets out his bird book, binoculars and camera and studies them from our windows.
We have several cardinals around here and he keeps trying to get a picture of one, but they always fly away before he can get one.
He noticed that the neighbors behind us had a birdfeeder that the cardinals (and others) like to visit and so he has been begging me to get one for our yard so he can watch them a little closer.
We finally got one yesterday, filled it and then he sat there for an hour and a half with his binoculars hoping a bird would stop by.
I explained that it might take a few days before the birds realize it's there, but he was pretty discouraged.
Then, this morning at breakfast he looked out the window and saw what he was looking for, a cardinal! We grabbed my phone and snapped a pic. I have one very happy boy here this morning.

The cardinal brought friends, too. This one is brownish tan with a cream colored belly and has kind of orangish tips to its wings.
